Richard has lived with his family in Vale do Lobo for over 25 years and been a committee member of the POA for four years. Like so many of us living here he is passionate about keeping Vale do Lobo a “green and pleasant land “. And all the more so with a new owner with ambitious new development plans.
He has been Chairman of residents associations in Surrey and London. For many years he was a Director and Executive Chairman of Fred Olsen SA, the Norwegian shipping group.
