How To Raise An Issue About VDL Resort Operation or Infralobo ?

“The role of the POA Is to act as a mediator in the resolution of issues between VDL Property Owners & Vale Do Lobo Operations and/or Infralobo operations. Both Infralobo and Vale do Lobo have appropriate channels that deal specifically with complaints/disputes and for speed of resolution and quickest action these channels should be used firstly.”

Step #1 Choose Your Target Route — i.e. VDL Operations, Infralobo or VDL Golf. Consult the POA Website For Relevant email contact details for VDL or Infralobo – Click here for the contact details

Step #2 Submit details of your issue in written form to relevant area with photographs if they help.

Step #3  If no resolution is achieved within 30 Days (from date of your first correspondence) then log your issue with POA. Register your issue at – Include communication and photographs used and to whom your complaint was sent

Step #4 POA will acknowledge receipt of issue & confirmation of date when it will be raised.

Step #5 POA will raise these issues at their regular VDL / Infralobo meetings

Step #6 POA will respond back to Property Owner
POA will also work with Owner to monitor resolution promised.  The logging of these issues will be done on a spreadsheet by the POA Secretary.
